Consultancy with Client Focus is how we see our offering.  Almost inevitably most consultancies offer a formulaic approach to their clients.  In a way this has some immediate attractions as it appears that their offerings are likely to be portable to many situations.

However our experience shows otherwise.  All too often formulae are not recognised as being a template that requires (significant) adjustment according to circumstance.  Therefore we only provide a configured response based on our initial assessment of your particular issues and environment.

There are many consultancies around but we are different in one key way.  When we are working with you EVERYTHING we do is seeking to improve the value of the organisation as if it were our own.  We will get involved at every level to ensure success.  But without losing our independence.

What this means is that the results are not some report gathering dust.  Instead we can point to pragmatic solutions that have added real value.
